We were impressed by the beautiful and classy design of the hotel. The incorporation of old wood from the village added a special touch to the overall ambiance. The spacious rooms, with their large metal bath tubs and separate shower and toilet cabins, provided a luxurious experience. The view from our room facing the lake was breathtaking, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The breakfast spread offered a variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. The hotel's location inside the WuZhen water town scenic area was ideal for exploring the surroundings. We found WuZhen to be the most picturesque and charming water village in the area. Despite a few small drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel based on its overall quality and experience.

Set in an ancient Chinese facade, this hotel is located within the picturesque Wuzhen Scenic Area, only a 2-minute walk from the river village. the large, luxurious rooms feature beautiful views of the lake, comfortable beds, and Acca Cappa toiletries which are appreciated by guests. the hotel staff offers responsive customer service, as well as buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Guests can appreciate the modern amenities provided in the room, such as a flat-screen TV, separate rain shower, and a safe deposit box.
One downside to the hotel may be the limited English spoken by the staff.

The scenery around the hotel is lovely with picturesque views of the lake and the winter weather gave it a magical feel. The breakfast spread and the dining area decor were impressive. The variety of food was quite good and catered to different tastes. The hotel's location is perfect with easy access to the main shopping areas and popular tourist sites.
The staff did not seem to understand English very well, which was frustrating at times. The room was not as clean and tidy as I would have liked, and the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.

Spent a magical Christmas at a hidden gem in a historical water town. Rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with old-style metal bathtubs and balconies overlooking serene lakes. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh options, including Chinese, continental, and American delights. Perfectly located just a short walk from the heart of the picturesque town and its famous boat pier. Complimentary electric car service made transportation a breeze and added to the unique experience.
Although the staff was friendly, the language barrier made communication a bit difficult at times. Some of the amenities, such as filtered water taps and extra shopping bags, were not clearly marked or explained.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that exceed expectations. the indoor swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre are exclusive, with attentive staff providing top-notch service. the garden area is a peaceful retreat, and the room advantages offer comfort and style. the restaurant serves delicious dishes, and breakfast is a delightful experience. the location advantages are a plus, with easy access to local attractions.
The only minor issue is the lack of privacy in the bathroom due to a glass window without a solid wall. Thicker curtains could have improved the situation.
